At Gerber Childrenswear, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or via the confirmation email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
